Mid-Turn Reports

If the pace of a game is moving too slowly for the satisfaction of the players and/or the GM, the GM may choose to institute a Mid-Turn Report. In most ways, this functions like an End of Turn Report, however there are possibly some significant differences, depending upon the GM. Firstly, exceedingly massive maneuvers (such as invasions) cannot be started on a Mid-Turn, unless there was preparation to do so on the prior End of Turn. Secondly, any stat points spent in the Mid turn report may not be spent in the End of Turn, as the points have not yet been refilled.
